Course Description
This course teaches the principles of human resource management and its functions to produce a professional with the knowledge required for the human resource profession and to build the knowledge required to enter for a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Eligibility for the Course:
Should have completed a Human Resource Management Foundation Course from a recognized institute or Looking forward to the results of the GCE (A / L) examination or Should have obtained 03 S passes for GCE (A / L) examination or Should have one year experience in the field of Human Resource Management with 6 Passes GCE (O / L) subjects.
Course Hours
Theoretical Lecturing Hours – 16 Hours
Self learning & Preparation of the project report – 24 Hours

Saturdays, Sunday or Weekdays
Preparing a Projects report – 12 Hours Total Expected Hours – 48 Hours Saturdays, Sunday or Weekdays Sinhala
Awarding Course Certificate: 50% marks or More in the written test held at the end of the course and Achieve more than 50% marks for team project report.
