Human Capital Management Institute (Pvt) Ltd was founded in 2021 by Two Human Resource Professional with Objective of developing & promoting the profession of management in Sri Lanka.
We Provide practical career support, Guidance and advice to help improve capability and practice in HR and to help our students succeed in their careers. We also play a curial role in promoting HR as a Career and Attracting new talent into the profession.
